The Lead Forensics dashboard is a valuable tool for creating an overview of the key activities within the system. When you first log in to Lead Forensics, your dashboard will display a default setup. However, it is easy to customize it to better suit your needs. For example, you may wish to setup a dashboard to highlight actionable visits or a view of marketing performance metrics.
Clicking on the setup button pops out a configuration panel, and from here you can change the layout, add different widgets to it, and even add multiple dashboards.
To change the layout of the current dashboard, simply click the appropriate icon and you'll see the new layout immediately reflected in the dashboard.
To the right of the layouts is a list of available widgets.
To add one of these to the dashboard, simply drag and drop it to the required position or double click it to add it to the next unused slot.
Widgets can be removed by clicking the cross icon in the top right.
It's also possible to swap widgets by dragging and dropping one over another.
Once a widget is in the dashboard, it can be customised using its cog icon to change aspects such as the timescale displayed and the type of visualization.
In the configuration panel, you can rename the current dashboard by clicking on the pencil icon, and you can create completely new dashboards by clicking the create new button.
Once a new dashboard is created, simply add the widgets you require and save the changes.
You can switch which dashboard is displayed using this drop down at the top of the screen, and you can delete the currently displayed dashboard by clicking on this button at the bottom.
Finally, you can set the current dashboard to be the default by clicking on this checkbox at the bottom of the configuration panel, and you can make the whole dashboard your default page when you log in by clicking on this link at the top of the page.
