Business Statuses serve as essential tags that label the businesses visiting your website based on their respective sales stage. These tags are dynamic and may be changed as the business progresses through your sales funnel.
This report offers a comprehensive overview of the business statuses assigned to visits within your portal. Begin by selecting the desired date range for the report. You can either choose from the preset options in the drop-down menu or set a custom date range. For instance, this example uses the month of May.
There are two views available in this report:
- The first view shows the number of visits assigned to each business status within the specified date range.
- The second view displays the number of visits during the period that had a pre-assigned business status, irrespective of when the status was assigned.
To export the data, use the export button at the bottom, which allows you to save the report as an Excel or PDF file. Alternatively, you can choose to have the report emailed to yourself or other recipients.
You can review the visits assigned to each status by clicking through to the companies' details.
To set up Business Statuses, navigate to Setup > Business Status.
