If you have downloadable content on your website, then Lead Forensics PDF tracking will allow you to see when a lead on your website is downloaded or viewed in browser that PDF, Excel or Word document.
Having visibility of which businesses are interacting with your content is hugely important for a few reasons:
- From a marketing perspective, it shows you what your leads are engaging with most regularly and whether it's the right kinds of leads doing so.
- From an account management perspective, it could indicate a need or opportunity from one of your existing customers.
- From a sales perspective, downloads demonstrate intent and visibility of lead actions on your website can allow your sales team to prioritise reaching out at the right time with a tailored approach.
See our product tutorial video here for more details on PDF Tracking.
PDF tracking is enabled by default in most customer portals, however, if you've used the filter mentioned earlier in the visitor list and can't see any businesses who've viewed a PDF you can simply raise a ticket with the support team by clicking the support icon in the upper right hand side.
